  1. I write this sitting in the kitchen sink suddenly my eyes got opened. The wave of fear swept across me. I was preoccupied. I got up and washed my face and continuously thinking about the dream that I have seen. What Does it mean? Thousands of misconceptions were coming into my mind whether it was a warning that I am in the sink or it was the moment of joy that I might become a writer. Then conquering all these horrifying and jocular ideas, I start doing my routine work as I do daily. To soothe my mind, I used to said that dreams are not real and I forget it.

    1. Hello Shaheer, thanks for writing in. Quick question: is this your own writing or a sentence from a novel (any novel) of your choice?

As per the competition rules, you have to continue the story using a sentence from a novel already published.

Feel free to try again! 🙂
