Pakistan’s Women Cricket Team Beats West Indies

Pakistan Women Cricket Team won valiantly against West Indies in a very tough match today. Bismah Maroof was leading the Pakistani team and they were given a target of 125 runs against seven wickets by the West Indies Women Cricket Team. Pakistani team won against them by eight wickets.

Javeria from the Pakistani team made 32 runs against 28 balls while Muneeba made 25 runs on 26 balls. The captain Bismah scored 38 runs while Nida scored 18 runs.

The start by the Pakistani team was glorious and the players knocked off almost half the runs in the first eight overs. On the contrary, West Indies’ performance was quite sloppy and the fielding too was poor. This victory ensures four out of five teams in Group B are now tied up. The match sure was exciting.
