Wall Street Journal Reports Sharp Decrease in Pakistan’s Corona Cases

Wall Street Journal is a reliable American newspaper that reported on Sunday the shar decline in Pakistan’s Covid-19 cases.

The cases were rising rapidly until now, when a sharp decrease was observed in the corona cases and deaths – both of which are down by 80% from their original peaks.

The journal also reported how the hospitals have reported available beds in Covid wards which were overflowing with patients until some days ago. The number of patients on ventilators has also reduced compared to India and Iran where high number of infections are being reported daily.

The Wall Street Journal also compliment PM Imran Khan’s decision of disregarding WHO’s advice on lockdowns. The Premiere considered lockdowns to be very costly for the poor classes. He also responded the businesses later on in order to save the local economy.
