The Complete Pakistani Fashion Roundup of 2019 Every Fashion Fanatic Needs to Know

The Pakistani Fashion industry has been seeing some great ideas and styles, and 2019 was particularly great in this aspect. We saw excellent looks that set trends for the rest of the year. One such trend was the neon look that was found in every kind of attire – sari-looks, western formal wear and even Eid fashion.

Some of the industry’s top artists like Mahira Khan have had even greater moments of representing Pakistan as the brand ambassador of L’Oreal at the star-studded week in Paris.

This doesn’t mean that other celebs in Pakistan did not up their game in setting new fashion standards. Anam Malik, for example, made a stunning appearance with her absolutely gorgeous frilly gown in purple! We even saw some gorgeous bridal looks in celebrity marriages like that of Naimal Khawar and Hamza Ali Abbasi.

Let’s see who else made it to our list of the extraordinarily dressed throughout 2019! Here we go:

Mansha Pasha and Jibran Nasir’s recent engagement was all the rage a few days ago. And let us tell you, Mansha’s lehenga look that was a delicate pink ensemble by Omorose was to-die-for!

Color -blocking is a thing that isn’t exactly easy to pull off. But hey, hey, hey! Meera jee and Amna Ilyas certainly set the bar in this area! The two ladies wore twinning attire on the premiere of the film Baaji and boy, did they look regal in the donning pishwas and the breezy pastel ensembles designed by Anila Murtaza and Ansab Jahangir!

Sarah Khan has always styled some great dresses. But her more coverage look at the Hum Style Awards 2019 was a bold statement about how more is more! Sarah totally rocked the traditional look in a way that was enchanting to say the least. Not a soul spared a compliment for her cream-colored pishwas with zardozi work and gold tassels that she paired with a pure kimkhwab shawl.

Ayeza Khan has never failed to impress us with her stunning face and excellent sense of style. The gorgeous actress takes the trophy for the best-dressed on Eid! Her look is all about the effortless style that screams sophistication and elegance! And the khussas, jhumkis and blush pink flowers in her sleek ponytail are totally the cherries on top!

Ayesha Omar showed the world, yet again, that she does better western look than most celebs! Her matching co-ord look is a total claim on the power-suit look!

Amna Babar is a winner when it comes to the most stylish mommy-to-be of the year! Eastern or Western, Babar did not disappoint us in any area!

Mahira Khan has been a part of the billboards for a while, and for a good reason. The beautiful actress represented Pakistan in the Paris Fashion Week and here’s our favorite pick from all her looks. This chic ensemble not only screamed Paris but it was classy and elegant at the same time. The choice of color and minimalist design embellished with buttons was the perfect way to go about Paris Fashion.

Since we’re already speaking of Mahira Khan, the star-studded actress and model also showed us that a sari can very much be styled with a blazer! And, it looks great!

Naimal Khawar Khan was 2019’s ultimate bride, and nobody can deny that. She took the minimalist-bride look to the next level on her Nikkah with Hamza Ali Abbasi. Naimal is said to have used her mother’s wedding dress with some personal adjustments, and she her makeup herself too!

Another bride we’d like to mention is Iman Ali and her mehndi look! Absolutely regal and totally breath-taking, she blew everyone’s mind with her on-point simple, yet classy, mehndi attire.

Then comes the red-dress bridal look and it’s safe to say that Iqra Aziz wins the race with her all-red Nomi Ansari lehenga. Embellished all over, Iqra looked stunning at her wedding with Yasir Hussain.

These were the looks we think outdid others in 2019. What the celebrities bring to the table in 2020, we are yet to witness. Until then, get your outfit inspos from these looks by our extraordinary Pakistani fashionistas!
