Season chicken breasts with salt, white pepper and garlic powder.
Cut a deep slit into each fillet and stuff it with cheddar cheese.
Set up three large bowls and add eggs, all-purpose flour and bread crumbs in each.
Dip the chicken breasts in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs. Do this twice to get a good thick coating.
Let it set in the freezer for 10 minutes before you deep fry the fillets on a low flame.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, melt butter, add some flour and mix it well. Add milk and keep stirring so there are no lumps. Once it starts thickening, add salt, white pepper, garlic powder and cheese. Add more milk if required. White sauce is ready
Once your chicken fillets are golden brown, set them in a plate, top them up with a spoon full of marinara and then pour white sauce over them.
