Soak the chickpeas overnight or at least for 7 hours beforehand
Boil your chickpeas until they are tender and soft
Take the boiled chickpeas and place them in large bowl
Add the chaat masala, salt and red chilli flakes and coriander seeds mix well
Add in the tomato, onions, chillies and potato and mix well again
Leave it for 5 mins to let the flavour set in
Now, add fresh yogurt, imli and khajoor chutney and mix again
Add coriander leaves and papri on top before serving and enjoy!
