Frozen Bananas

Greek or Low-fat Yogurt

Chia Seeds

Honey
Instructions
In a blender, add the frozen bananas, strawberries and yogurt together
Blend until everything is smooth
Add chia seeds and honey and blend for 30 seconds more
Now all you gotta do is chill it and serve!
