Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 4 Strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek or Low-fat Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the frozen bananas, strawberries and yogurt together
  • Blend until everything is smooth
  • Add chia seeds and honey and blend for 30 seconds more
  • Now all you gotta do is chill it and serve!
