How to Pay Utility Bill Through Daraz dBill?

  1. For daraz bill payment, Open the Daraz mobile App
  2. Select your utility service and electricity company
  3. Enter your account number and Tap on proceed to pay
  4. Choose your prepayment method and make the payment!

How can I check my bill status?

You can check the status of your bill with the following steps

  1.  Click on dBills
  2. Select your utility type along with the company
  3. Enter your account number
  4. Tap on check bill

I’ve already paid the bill however the status is still showing pending?

If you’ve paid the paid, then sit back and relax. Sometimes the status may take a few hours to change. If you’re still worried, reach out to our customer service via live chat

What are the payment methods applicable on dBills?

You can pay for your online bills via your credit/debit card, JazzCash, Easypaisa Wallet, HBL Bank Account, Internet Banking / UnionPay Card, and with Daraz Wallet

What discounts are available on dBills?

Daraz offers 5% discount on your all your bills by using the code: dBILLS5 and get 10% off on K Electric with the code KEDAZ10. Moreover, you Daraz offers banks and online payment discounts such as Visa Mondays, HBL Wednesdays, Easypaisa weekends and more!  

How do I use the voucher code for paying the bill?

Why am I getting an error when applying the voucher code?

There are 3 scenarios where a voucher code typed by a user are not accepted:

  • Voucher quantity has ended: This means all vouchers have been used by previous customers.
  • Voucher has expired: This means that the user has typed an old voucher code which is not valid anymore.
  • Voucher does not exist: This means that the user has typed an incorrect voucher code.

I paid my bill before the due date, however, I still got charged late payment surcharge?

If you paid your bill before the due date but your bill showed an error and could not be processed, then Daraz is responsible for any late payment surcharge.

Can I cancel my utility payment after paying?

No, unfortunately, cancellation can not be allowed once your transaction has been successful and your payment has been made.

Does dBills offer paying bills on installments?

Daraz does not offer paying the bills on installments as yet.

Why I am unable to pay the bill even though all my account details and card details are correct?

If you’re having trouble paying the bill with everything clear on your Daraz account, then your payment might held by your bank. Please update your card details or contact your bank for further assistance.
