Imagine ordering something from Daraz and it doesn’t turn out to be what you expected – what do you do then? You return the product!

Yes, Daraz’s return policy means that you don’t have to face any problems in case you don’t like your purchase or if the product received is defected/wrong. In short, you simply return and get refunded if your Daraz purchase wasn’t satisfactory.

Daraz now makes your return order process easier with the all-new return pickups feature. Previously, customers only had the drop off option in which they had to pack their parcel and drop it off at the nearest Daraz shop. Needless to say, this was a huge hassle for most people.

What You Need to Know About Daraz Return Pickup

• Daraz return pickups facility is only available for customers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi (KLIR).
• If you wish to return your package, you’ll have to fill out the Order Return Form (ORF) and select “pickup” as your preference.
• You must place all the items in the box and write the order number on it.
• It takes 24 hours for Daraz to contact you in response to your pickup request.
• And then it takes another 24 hours for the parcel to get picked up from your location after Daraz has contacted you.
• Note that no pickups will be carried out on Sundays.
• The pickup return facility is free of cost.

If case you’re not located in one of the KLIR cities, then you’ll have to visit the nearest Daraz shop or use the TCS facility to drop off your return.
