Now, Karishma aims to bring a change in her region and has founded Chitral Women’s Sports Club that is responsible for training girls and young women and encourage them to participate in sports.

For this very reason, the 21 one year old footballer has made it to the prestigious Forbes list alongside Japanese tennis star, Naomi Osaka and K Pop band, Blackpink.

In a statement, Karishma Ali expressed, “I want to see at least 10-20 more girls like myself who come back here after they’ve achieved their dream and work for the other girls that I was not able to reach out to.

She also stated: “Challenges are here for the girls, especially to have a different dream or to do something outside of what society expects you to do,”
