Kobe Bryant Dies in a Helicopter Crash
Kobe Bryant, the basketball legend dies late Sunday in a helicopter crash in Los Angeles. The accident and death of five people was confirmed by the police.
LA County Sheriff’s officials said nobody survived from the crash on a hillside in Calabasas.
The responders first put out the flames and then posted a picture of the fire truck and smoke emerging out of it.
Later, the death of NBA’s icon was also confirmed by ESPN and Variety citing unidentified sources.
Kobe Bryant was a five-time NBA champ and began his career in 1996. This lasted until he retired in 2016. He used to travel in a helicopter ever since he was a player for LA Lakers. He was also a two-time Olympic gold medalist and helped the US squad of NBA stars to win in 2008 at Beijing and 2012 at London.
