Time to Lose That Winter Fat

Time to Lose That Winter Fat

I know what you’re thinking. Here’s another diet blog telling me I shouldn’t eat, I shouldn’t just sit around all day and basically telling me to turn into Gigi Hadid within the span of a day.

Well, here’s some consolation, dear reader, the author is a chubby girl too and I feel your pain.

And we all know, now that summer’s here….

IT’S JUST TOO HOT TO WORK OUT, OKAY?

So we’ll have to start small and that’s alright. No one ever finished a marathon by sprinting their way through.

First things First

  1. Set up a diet plan

When I say ‘Diet’ plan, I DO NOT mean, a hunger plan. Have a healthy balance of proteins, maintain a low carb diet and stock up on electrolytes.

  1. Water, Water, Water

Water really is the best thing God gave to us. It’s magic how it starts making everything right once you start taking the right amounts.

  1. Get the right workout clothes

Don’t just work out in old jeans, night suit pajamas or shalwar kameez. Have the right, stretchable, breathable clothing

  1. All else fails, just go for a jog

Even jogging or walking can do wonders for you. Head to your nearest park. Just stroll around for an hour or so and you’ll notice a difference slowly but surely.

  1. Wear the right footwear

If you have the right footwear, you wont ever notice it, but if you have the wrong one, your feet will hate you for the rest of eternity. Blisters, pulled muscles and general discomfort are not a price one should be willing to pay.

  1. Drink More Water

Yes, I know, I already said water but this is just how much I mean it. Keep a bottle with you and start sipping away.

Hang in there ladies. I’m right there with you.
