UN General Secretary to Visit Pakistan on the 15th of February
The General Secretary for the United Nations, Secretary General Antonio Guterres is set to visit Pakistan on the 15th of February 2020 for a two-day international conference that would be held in Islamabad.

The conference will be called “40 years of Afghan Refugees Presence in Pakistan: A New Partnership for Solidarity” and will mark the four decades of the presence of the Afghan refugees in Pakistan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate the conference and will have participants from 20 countries.
Pakistan’s Permanent Representative for the UN, Munir Akram stated that the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ will visit Pakistan to attend this conference where he talk about the maintenance peace and stability in the region and will highlight the refugee issue.
