Bisma Khan is a Pakistani athlete born on 21st April 2002. She comes from a line of swimmers in her family and is a competitive swimmer herself who represented Pakistan multiple times since 2018.

She competed in five events at the Asian Games in 2018 held in Jakarta, Indonesia. She finished 11th place in the mixed 4 x100 meters medley relay event.

In the following year, she represented Pakistan in the World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea. She was part of the women’s 50 meter freestyle event and the women’s 100 meter butterfly event.

It’s in 2019 that she won her silver medal for the women’s 200 meter individual medley event at the South Asian Games held in Nepal. This year, she’ll be representing Pakistan at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 competing in the 50 meter freestyle competition.

Bisma personal and national best include her 50m freestyle that clocked in 27.90 seconds at the 2018 National Women’s Championship. As well as the the World Championships in 2019 where she managed to perform at 28.05 seconds.

She has four more records when it comes to a national level, including 50m and 100m breaststroke records and 50m and 100m butterfly records.
