The name Youm e Takbeer was suggested by Dr. Shahid Iqbal Kamran in 1998. He was from the Allama Iqbal Open University and when the Iqbaliat Professor suggested this name, Nawaz Sharif liked the name and gave the certificate to Dr. Shahid himself.
