Beef Tikka Boti Recipe
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup minced
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chilli pepper, more to taste
- 2 pounds beef, or meat of choice, cut into 1 ½ -inch cubes
- Vegetable oil, for the grill
Gather all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine them which includes yogurt, papaya, garlic, lime juice, ginger, cumin, onion powder, salt and chilli. Now add the meat to the mixture and toss. Cover the bowl and leave the mixture for 4 hours in the fridge. Preheat the grill on (230C) . Now thread the meat onto skewers and place it on the grill. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and remove from grill, give additional 5 minutes rest and Enjoy!
Beef Malai Boti Recipe
- Beef boneless ½ kg 2 inch cubes
- Green chillies 1 tablespoon
- Ginger garlic 1 tablespoon
- White cumin 1 teaspoon
- All spice ½ teaspoon
- Coriander 1 teaspoon
- White pepper ½ teaspoon
- Cream 2 tablespoon
- Yogurt 2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Almonds to blanched use 2 tablespoon
Marinate beef cubes with Green chilies grinded, Ginger garlic paste, White cumin roasted and crushed, Allspice, Coriander roasted and crushed, White pepper, Crushed red pepper, Cream, Yogurt, lemon juice and salt. Now put blanched almonds on skewers, BBQ until nearly done. Now thread the meat onto skewers and place it on the grill. Cook for 15 minutes and remove from grill. Serve with BBQ sauce and Enjoy!
BBQ Chicken Breast Recipe
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt , to taste
- freshly ground black pepper , to taste
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
It is easy to prepare with just a few ingredients full of taste. Prepare the grill by preheating the grill at high heat (230C). Season the chicken with extra virgin olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put the marinated chicken on the grill and cover it for additional 5-6 minutes and then flip the chicken and grill for another 4-5 minutes until it’s golden brown. Now coat your chicken breast with BBQ sauce with the help of cooking brush and cook
for 2 minutes on each side until it is firm and tender. Do not over cook the chicken or else it will become hard. Transfer it to your serving dish and serve with BBQ sauce and enjoy!
